Important Dates

Submission opens:    March 9, 2010                                  

Deadline to submit:   March 22, 2010                                

Notification of acceptance/rejection:       April 10, 2010

Eligibility criteria and application:  Young scholars are defined on the basis of their age (under 35 years) and their professional status (their application should be made no more than one year after obtaining their PhD).  Prospective young scholars should have had a paper or poster accepted for presentation at the forthcoming annual conference of the IAFMHS.  The young scholar must nominate him or herself. 

Their application for the award should comprise

(a) the abstract of their presentation,

(b) a personal statement (no more than 250 words on why they are eligible for the award), and

(c) a brief CV (no more than 250 words).
