Oral/Paper Presentations Please be advised that we will provide PowerPoint projectors, and laptops in all breakout rooms. Please ensure to bring your file on USB or Flash Drive and arrive at least 10 minutes early to load your presentation. Individual papers will be allotted approximately 15-minute time slots per presentation with time for questions and will be grouped with similar presentations on the same topic. Presenters are responsible for the duplication and costs of providing handouts of their presentation to participants. Sometimes it is difficult to determine how much data one can present in a 15-minute time slot. Our experience suggests that information presented on 10 -12 slides is the absolute maximum that effectively can be communicated to the audience. As a presenter, please remember, you have to explain enough of the background, method, and other important features of your study in order to give the audience sufficient knowledge of the foundations of your research. Please be advised that all presenters attending the conference are required to pre-register and pay the applicable registration fee. For your convenience, registration may be done electronically via our secure server at: www.iafmhs.org. Poster Presentations Please be advised poster displays will be available for viewing for the poster session only. Date: Tme: The poster session will be approximately 90 minutes and the author or co-author should be present at the assigned display during the designated time. SET-UP Boards will be available on TBA Poster boards will be assigned by proposal id number. A standard poster board (8' high x 4' wide) will be provided. Organizers will provide push pins, Velcro or other means of attaching your poster to the poster board. Presenters are responsible for removing their poster by the end of the poster sessions. All posters left on display will be discarded by conference organizers.
