Guidelines for abstract submission The program committee reserves the right to assign papers either for oral or poster presentations. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program (book of abstracts); please ensure that you edit your submission as no corrections will be made. An abstract of maximum 250 words is requested for papers and posters, maximum 500 words for symposia submissions. Identify 2-3 learning objectives for participants at your presentation. Symposia: A symposium is a 60-75 minute session with 3 or more authors presenting papers on a common theme or issue. Please list each paper in the space provided and provide an overall summary of the symposium. The symposium chair will be the main contact person for the conference organizers. Presenters will be responsible for providing handouts on their presentation to participants. Poster: Poster presenters must be present at their allotted Poster Session.
